The way to succeed in today's scientific field is through keeping pace with rapid change. Ensuring and improving efficiency and quality in scientific research and the services provided for this purpose are key elements in increasing competitiveness; however, high competitiveness requires excellence in each of the Quality – Cost – Speed criteria.

The fundamental factor in an organization's success performance is the quality of its services. There is a growing worldwide trend where researchers' expectations regarding quality are becoming increasingly higher. Along with this view, sustainability of quality management within the framework of ethical rules—independent of performance, intensity, and cost—constitutes one of the most important and fundamental steps of success.

Our Quality Management System has been approved within the scope of the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard. It has been established with the responsibility of being a provider that has scientific and ethical principles in the use of its services, possesses more functional and realistic quality features, can respond to the expectations of those conducting scientific research at our Center in the fastest way, and even raises its standards by anticipating these expectations beforehand.

In this context, any satisfaction, complaints, or suggestions you convey to our Center are evaluated to provide you with better service.
