Our Mission and Policy

Based on the “EGEHAYMER Quality Policy”;

For our researchers; our mission is to provide services that meet and will meet the evolving and changing requirements in the national and international arena; always fast, accurate, at the most affordable cost, within an understanding that respects confidentiality and our agreements, and to offer these with priority to the researcher, to definitely receive feedback, and to minimize complaints, if any. Openness and trust are essential in our relationships.

Our Work and Quality Management System; Ensuring the effectiveness of our system, which we have established to guarantee the quality of our work/results, is within the scope of “Continuous Improvement” goals, and all necessary measures have been taken so that the changes to be made do not affect the operation of the system. As a Center where all studies are ensured to be carried out within the framework of ethical rules and followed up, a sensitive policy is followed regarding “Animal Rights” at the national/international level.

Our Employees; work on the basis of independence, impartiality, and openness principles with a management approach far from internal and external pressures and conflicts of interest; they know and adopt the Quality Management System and its documentation, and apply policies and procedures in their work. The importance of the work they do has been explained to our employees and their training is a priority. The fundamental philosophy of our Center is “Quality is the responsibility of all employees.”

Our Organization; is an organization that continuously develops and improves by sharing information.

As the Center Management; every contribution is provided to develop the “Quality Management System” and to reach the relevant defined goals, and all processes are followed and definitely finalized.

To ensure independence and impartiality; protection of impartiality against all parties; maintaining independence without being affected by ethical, commercial, financial, and other external pressures; and allowing the provision of the considered/envisioned research resources are ensured.

Research-Development Policy;

To be a Center that:

  • Establishes a continuously improved structure for all researches carried out and all researches planned to be carried out in the future,
  • Provides continuity to structures that support research and employees,
  • Supports scientific and innovative initiatives,
  • Encourages joint studies carried out with all internal and external stakeholders in national and international environments,
  • Presents that the studies in the articles published from our University, especially those appearing in Q1 journals, were carried out in our Center,
  • Ensures the national and international sharing of the original information produced.

Management Policy;

To be an accountable, transparent application and research Center that:

  • Has a visionary and renewable understanding,
  • Attaches importance to merit,
  • Supports asking questions, open to criticism and being criticized,
  • Supports all research as long as it is scientific,
  • Keeps communication channels open and is always accessible,
  • Encourages monitoring-evaluation and continuous improvement.
